Cloud Nine
They float in mid air by ribbon or tulle and are anchored with weights of your choice to stop them floating away. You can even have cloud nine table bouquets.

A foil balloon is placed in a large candy stripped or plain presentation box decorated with a huge bow. When the box is opened the balloon pops out. Chocolates, confetti, flowers or teddy bear can be added to the box.
